Once you contact a Braggs Broker Services agent, we will help you get an idea of the style home you’re looking for and the neighborhood you’d like to live in.

We will also help you understand current market conditions. This includes identifying whether it is a buyers market or a sellers market, assessing what factors are contributing to the current condition and evaluating how these factors affect your purchase.

Current market conditions will help determine what you can buy with your budget. From there, we can help you navigate through the loan process while leveraging our extensive network of mortgage lenders.

With pre-approval in hand, we will begin house hunting. Once we locate your dream home, our agent will negotiate the terms of the sale. This will include submitting an offer, and more than likely a counter offer, to purchase the home.

When the offer is accepted, you will be presented with a timeframe to close on the home, usually between 30 and 60 days. During this time, we will work alongside you and the mortgage lender to complete all the steps needed to secure your loan.

The mortgage lender will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of all of your closing costs, including what amount, if any, you need to bring with you to the closing. Finally, at the closing, you will sign all the documents – for the home, for the loan etc, pay any costs due and receive the keys to your new home!
