We offer two types of sponsorships. One for New Agents beginning straight out of school which is a gradual performance base sponsorship. And, a flat fee sponsorship for all Experienced Realtors

The Newly Licensed Agent sponsorship is based on the recommending state training guidelines; therefore, we’ve created a split compensation plan for the first five residential sales transactions and a one time annual fee. You will be responsible to pay a split transaction fee accordingly:

Transaction #1: 20% broker/80% agent

Transaction #2: 15% broker/85% agent

Transaction #3: 10% broker/90% agent

Transaction #4: 5% broker/95% agent

Transaction #5: Automatically convert to the Experience Realtor fee of $299 per transaction

All Experience Realtors sponsorship is a simple transaction fee per closing, and a one-time annual fee. We allow you to keep 100% of your commission.

$299 per calendar year, Annual Fee

$299 per Residential Sale

$49 per Residential Lease

Other offerings include:

E&O paid by the broker [NO additional E&O fee]

Not limit of the sale price or commission amount, the fee will remain the same

IDX site for Lead Generation with CRM system

Agent’s back office web based compliance & tracking system for all transactions
